Forcing ROTC onto campus?

The Question: Should schools that take federal money be forced to allow recruiters on campus and create a ROTC program?
Hillary Clinton is all for it. Aye for Obama too, and Edwards. This is the Democratic chance to tout the troops, and they all say pretty much the same thing.
Obama interrupts to say that he thinks this shows how the Bush administration has failed to treat our veterans properly.
Over in the GOP primary in Michigan, Romney has taken the lead, as expected.
