LiveBlog from the National Constitution Center's Democratic Debate

Colleen Reese   Breaking News Editor

Click here to read more of Colleen's dispatches and reactions from tonight's Democratic debate in Philadelphia, Penn.

Supporters outside of The National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, PA
PHILADELPHIA, PA:
Sen. Clinton supporters armed with posters and
pickets lined the sidewalk, yelling "Honk for Hillary!" as I walked up
Arch Street in the Historic District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tonight the National Constitution Center will be hosting "The Democrats
Debate," Clinton vs. Obama in collaboartion with 6ABC and ABC News.
Periodically, I will be live blogging the event from the Filing Center
located on the balcony of the Constitution Center.

Local and national media attention seems to have housed itself in the
city of Philadelphia this evening for the Debate which will be aired at
8p.m. tonight or seen live at the National Constitution Center's Kimmel
Theater.

L. Jay Walker, Obama volunteer supporter The man that I spoke with was a volunteer supporter, L. Jay Walker, an
Obama man. He traveled from Kansas City to support a candidate who he
said, "responded to the people" in their need for change. In addition,
he sold tee-shirts and instructed those buying to wear them on Apr.
19th--this day is a day to show support for a candidate, specifically
Sen. Obama, and help those still indecisive become more educated about
the primary election which would be three days later.

Pat Jalloway, Clinton volunteer supporter
Across the street, Clinton supporters were coming all the way from
Texas, as did volunteer supporter, Pat Jalloway. Jalloway said that she
would "support [Sen. Clinton" here and all the way to the convention."
Clinton's health care system and college is what Jalloway says is the
reason she has "trust and faith" in the candidate.

More information coming periodically as I will be LiveBlogging all night.
